- In reply to: M. Krisell itp34@und.ida.liu.se , I boldly answer thus:
- >I recently got a Blizzard1260 turbo board for my A1200.
- >I had a 33 Mhz 68030 before, and everything is MUCH
- >faster now. But...
- >The manual says something about 80 MIPS, but according
- >to SysInfo my system does "only" 39 MIPS.
- >Could it be that my RAM isn't fast enough? I'm not
- >sure but I think it is only 80ns or even slower.
-
- SysInfo is quite confused as to what the B1260 is anyway... it gives
- you someting like a 390MHz 68040... ;) (Which wouldn`t be such a bad
- thing at all..)
-
- >Will I get 80 MIPS if I get 60ns RAM?
- Not by Sysinfo standards.
